As Procenne, we take the security of our products and infrastructures seriously. Therefore, in addition to performing regular penetration tests during this process, we welcome suggestions and vulnerability reports from security researchers. You can report a vulnerability using the form below or send an email encrypted with our PGP public key to [email protected].

You are deemed to have read and accepted our rules:

  • Details of this vulnerability cannot be shared with third parties or publicly without the approval of the Procenne Security Team.
  • The timeframe for the mitigation or remediation of reported vulnerabilities may extend, so please give our teams some time. We will keep you informed of updates, and you can contact us at any time to ask about the status of the vulnerability or share new details with us.
  • Do not harm Procenne or its customers. For example, do not infect systems with malware, do not copy/delete/modify data, do not perform brute-force attacks, and do not engage in social engineering and denial-of-service attacks.
  • By submitting this form, you share your data, such as name, surname, e-mail address, browser, and IP address, with Procenne.
